If you change the password or other security settings of one of your connecting social media accounts, you’ll need to reconnect the account in ClickSocial to continue scheduling social media posts. Here’s how to do this:
- From your WordPress Dashboard, go to ClickSocial > Settings > Connected Accounts, or from the ClickSocial Web App go to Settings > Connected Accounts
Important Note: Do not delete the existing connections to your social media accounts. This will cause problems for any existing scheduled posts or created templates. - Click the Add Account button (from WordPress) or Add New button (from the web app)
- Select the type of social media account you are reconnecting.
- Go through the connection process again, and your new connection will replace the existing connection.
