- Why am I redirected to Facebook when I try to connect my Instagram account?
This is expected due to the design of Meta’s (parent company of Instagram and Facebook) APIs.To connect an Instagram account, it must be a Professional (Business or Creator) Instagram account linked to a Facebook Page. The authorization process for Instagram begins through Facebook’s system. You will first need to log into the Facebook account that is linked to your Instagram account, and then continue the process to connect your Instagram account. You may have already connected the maximum number of accounts for your current plan. You can check how many social media account connections are included with your plan from your My Plan page. If you need more social media account connections, our guide here explains how to adjust your plan.

The Quick Share feature currently only works with the default Gutenberg (Block) editor in WordPress. We are investigating adding Quick Share support for other posting methods in the future. In the meantime, if you do not use the Gutenberg editor, you can still use ClickSocial with other posting methods like Creating and Scheduling Posts via the Calendar and Revival Campaigns - My social media posts published by ClickSocial have broken links. How can I fix this?
This can happen if ClickSocial’s “short links” do not work reliably with your WordPress site configuration. In this case, you can use our guide here to switch to using the full post links. - I’m having trouble logging into my ClickSocial account.
First, double-check that you are using the email address you used while signing up for ClickSocial. If you are using the correct email, but your password is not accepted, try resetting your password.
